How the engagement works
Your written production agreement confirms the finished duration, crew, shoot days, locations, rights, deliverables, and cost allowances. Advertising spend, travel outside the agreed region, major archive or music rights, celebrity talent, stunts, visual effects, legal services, E&O insurance, translations, cinema bookings, and distributor or platform fees are quoted separately unless expressly included. The package does not purchase guaranteed financing, a studio deal, or a platform placement.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the package price cover?
The scope listed here sets the starting production parameters. Your signed budget allocates funds between development, production, post-production, and campaign delivery. Optional costs require written approval.
Does this include pitching to Netflix or other buyers?
Pitch materials and a target plan are included. Submission execution follows buyer policies and an approved route. Where a buyer requires representation, a qualified producer, sales agent, attorney, manager, or distributor with the appropriate access must participate. Any representation fee is identified in the proposal.
Will the film raise its own production money?
The campaign supports audience-building, reward offers, sponsorship outreach, and fundraising preparation. Advertising recovery and fundraising depend on response. Production begins only after the agreed funding milestones are met.
