Your book holds the experience, research, and ideas. Choose the screen format matching the story you want audiences to understand, then connect production with a reader campaign and a release plan.
Choose the right form for the material.
An author film centers your story and expertise. A docuseries organizes a message into short episodes. A documentary examines real people and events. A docudrama adds clearly planned dramatic scenes to nonfiction source material.
A production plan with an audience from the start.
Each package includes creative development, a defined production allowance, post-production, launch assets, one book-led SLO funnel, and pitch preparation. Your treatment and budget confirm the final runtime, team, shoot days, and campaign responsibilities.
Your nonfiction book as a short series.
Consider focused documentary episodes, author-led stories, or interviews connected to the book. Dramatized memoir scenes require clear labeling and a separate production assessment.

How the engagement works
Your written production agreement confirms the finished duration, crew, shoot days, locations, rights, deliverables, and cost allowances. Advertising spend, travel outside the agreed region, major archive or music rights, celebrity talent, stunts, visual effects, legal services, E&O insurance, translations, cinema bookings, and distributor or platform fees are quoted separately unless expressly included. The package does not purchase guaranteed financing, a studio deal, or a platform placement.
